Fundraisers

Annual Gun Bash

*$25 per ticket*

A day full of winning and great times. Free food and refreshments. Many chances to win in addition to the ticket guns. Cash games, floor guns, and so much more!

Tickets must be purchased from a member of the department, message  us, or come to the Cheat Lake VFD on Wednesdays from 6pm to 8pm:

Drag Queen Bingo (18+)

*$25 per ticket*

A night of raffles, cash games, 50/50, 8 bingo games and 4 special games. BYOB but the kitchen will be open.

Craft and Bake Sale

*Free admission* 

Over 40 crafters & bakers with a lot of great items for sale. 50/50 and raffles! Kitchen is open so come hungry. 

Community Events

Truck or Treat!

*Free admission* 

Spend an evening trick or treating with some of Monongalia County's Finest. Kids can come and get candy from the fire trucks, ambulances, and police cruisers.

Children's Christmas Party

A day packed with fun, pizza, crafts, games, and even visits with Santa himself!!!

Cheat Lake Public Library

*Free admission* 

Join us for an afternoon of truck tours, learning, picture opportunities, and fun!

Meetings:

We hold monthly meetings on the 2nd Thursday of every month. The public is welcome and community input is strongly encouraged.

Work Details:

Every Wednesday from 6PM to 9PM our members hold work details to setup the event hall, clean or service the trucks, or do in-house training.
